Personal Health

Looking after our personal health needs to remain a priority throughout this journey.  Think ahead and plan for what you need. We have tools like care partner checklists that can keep you on track to stay organized.

Finances

Happy to see your finances are providing you with the support you need. Good tips to keep in mind:
  • Your role as a care partner is to support first!
  • Have early conversation about enduring power of attorney in place for when it is needed.
  • Ensure you are aware of the government benefits and programs, and tax credits you can access.

Mindfulness
