Having a supportive community is important, giving us the opportunity to give and receive from others. Stay in the know about what is happening in your community by subscribing to newsletter from your community or other organization you belong to.

Finances

Happy to see your finances are providing you with the support you need. Good tips to keep in mind: 

  • Your role as a care partner is to support first!
  • Have early conversation about enduring power of attorney in place for when it is needed.
  • Ensure you are aware of the government benefits and programs, and tax credits you can access.

Mindfulness

Well done for integrating mindfulness practice into your life. Continue to integrate those practices in your day to day. Explore the supports available in your community to support your practice.
