Explore how nature and creative expression can gently support grief with facilitator Jess Winnicki. Participants will learn simple, nature‑based and art‑making practices that can help grief move through the body in grounded, non‑clinical, and inclusive ways. This session is appropriate for care partners, staff, and community members of any background, and will offer practical activities and secular rituals that you can use for yourself or those you support. Please bring 2–3 small items from nature (such as a leaf, twig, or stone), a few pieces of paper, and coloured pencils or markers if you wish to participate in the exercises.
