Living with grief may not always be comfortable, but it gives us an opportunity to honour the depth of our connections and the significance of what is changing in our lives. This three-part education and support series invites people living with dementia, care partners, and community groups to grow in understanding how grief and care intertwine throughout the dementia experience, from diagnosis through a life well lived.
