Unconscious Bias:

What is unconscious bias?
- Also known as implicit bias, it is the state of being unaware of how deeply our past experiences colour our newly formed impressions.
Why do we have unconscious bias?
- It stems from our heuristic system of thinking. Our emotional brain drives us to see people as friends or foes, leading to biases.
