What is Equity?

Equity promotes fairness and impartiality and aims to remove barriers that disparage and seclude certain groups of people.

  • To achieve this, equity focuses on:
    • Establishing equal opportunity and advancement.
    • Ensuring fair treatment for all.
    • Providing access to information and technology.
