By becoming a Dementia Supportive Communities Certified Organization, you will show your community that you are a welcoming place for folks living with dementia. Once you’re certified, we’ll list your organization in our directory.

 

Our Community

Education

We are committed to raising awareness about Alzheimer's disease and related dementias. The education programs listed below are available to you at any time in any location, provided you have access to the internet. You can spend as little or as much time as you have available exploring the programs by clicking on their names below or using the search bar above go directly to program content that meets your immediate needs.

My Tools 4 Care

My Tools 4 Care was developed to help you as a care partner as you care for a person living with dementia in the community.

My Tools 4 Care – In Care

This is a toolkit to help you as a care partner prepare for possible changes or events, so you can support your family member with dementia in care. “In care” means receiving 24-hour care in a facility, for example, long-term care.
